How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order through our email confirmation email.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 20 days after it was shipped, please contact us at
support@twqstore.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.

How can I return my order?
Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to support@twqstore.com. A TWQ team-member will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate your return.

Please do not return goods without contacting TWQ first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition.


It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. TWQ does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Returns process must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.

TWQ only accepts returns of product purchased from twqstore.com All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.

**Please note that we do not guarantee delivery before Christmas due to the delivery delays by our courier. We do not provides refunds on products that aren't delivered before Christmas.
